This deep ruby-red wine has powerful, complex aromas of dried plums and balsamic (anise, fennel, mint) traces. Quite dry (not sweet) on the palate, soft and with bright acidity, the wine shows flavors of baked cherry, chocolate and cinnamon. Structured but noble, delicate tannins precede a long finish.

In 1848, with the rejuvenation of the Jewish settlement in Jerusalem, Yitzhak Galina-Shor opened the first winery in Israel, in a basement adjunct to the Western Wall in Jerusalem. During the eight generations since its foundation, 1848 Winery continued to grow and gain recognition for its quality wines, re-positioned into several locations, but maintained a tradition of wine production as a way of life.

Veronica Estates Chardonnay is a sophisticated and crisp white wine that showcases the essence of the finest Chardonnay grapes. The 2022 Pessimist is inky and dark aubergine in color. A powerhouse vintage with a plethora fruit showcasing blueberry, boysenberry, plum and strawberry. Smoky notes of truffle and roasted coffee are accompanied by accents of floral consisting of lavender and lilac, highlighted by underlying nuances of buttered toast, vanilla, and a breath of cool wintergreen.

Liberty Creek Pinot Grigio is light-bodied with hints of citrus fruits and notes of ripe apple. It pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes and fresh green salads.

Kedem wines are produced using carefully selected grapes grown in some of New York States finest vineyards. The wines are produced in Kedem's own wine cellar by the eighth generation descendants of the winery's founder.
