Mosaic is Shiloh's flagship. The wine has an opaque and dark-purple color. It has intense fruit aromas, along with black raspberry, roasted coffee beans, and a cacao bouquet.
Very nice deep ruby color, dazzling. Nose of black cherry, salted caramel, gingerbread. Full and indulgent on the palate with notes of brioche. Very nice impression of sweetness. Blend: 48% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Petite Verdot.

The grapes for the Secret Reserve Petit Verdot are night-harvested from the finest vineyards in the Holy Land, and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, which contribute to its complexity and balance.
It has a black fruit aroma, with a bouquet of cacao, coffee and vanilla and a very soft tones of spices in the background. The palate echoes scents of black fruit, prunes and cherry and the balanced acidity leaves a refreshing sensation. It's body is full and opulent with a finish that is balanced and prolonged.
Harmonious structure associated with a delicate, oaky character. The vintages of Château La Tonnelle exhibit a dark, sustained color with aromas of red and black cherry fruit. Rich and supple entry, fruity on the palate with delicate and lightly toasted oak notes.
The proprietary name Insignia was selected to represent the finest lots available from each vintage, and to emphasize the importance of blending over varietal designation as a determinate of quality.
Providence is the flagship wine of the winery. This wine has a deep color, aromas of black fruit fused with notes of red fruits, hints of dark chocolate and tobacco wrapped together with elegant oak.
San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon offers bright aromas of raspberry and black cherry. Ripe flavors of spicy plum, wild-berry notes, and currant are complemented by nuances of cocoa and cedary oak from barrel aging.
