San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon offers bright aromas of raspberry and black cherry. Ripe flavors of spicy plum, wild-berry notes, and currant are complemented by nuances of cocoa and cedary oak from barrel aging.
The 2006 Cab. Sauv. is dark ruby in color with aromas of black cherries, cola, cedar and spice, quite layered and complex. This wine has an extremely silky, velvety mouthfeel and flavors of black cherry, berry, and cassis.
