A rich garnet color sets the stage for our 2022 Roserock Pinot Noir. The nose unfolds with memorable aromas of lavender, violet, cherry pie and home-baked warmth. Layers of flavor, including cassis and cardamom, lend an exotic, spicy note, complemented by the bright, juicy sweetness of marionberry.
Crafted in 6 ton fermentors, the cap management was primarily pump and pour overs combined with a few rack and returns. Spontaneously fermented by indigenous yeast, each fermentor reached temperatures between 87-90 degrees F.
