75.5% Cabernet Franc, 23% Merlot and 1.5% Petit Verdot. Wolffer Estate Vineyard & Stables, in the heart of the Hamptons, was established in the 1980s by Christian Wolffer. Their unique Long Island soil combined with the Atlantic breeze cultivates the highest-quality, sustainably farmed grapes.

Classic Gewurztraminer spices of nutmeg and clove infuse this lush wine, remarkably well-balanced by natural acidity. It pairs beautifully with foie gras, light and fruity desserts, stone fruit tarts or pies and cheese cake.

Between the abundance of intense sun and cooling maritime sea breeze, Long Island provides the perfect setting to make the most fantastic Sauvingon Blanc. With distinct minerality and elegant fruit characters, we are pleased to Introduce Summer in a Bottle Sauvignon Blanc to the lineup!

A classic ice-wine style. Deep golden color, with vibrant, pure fruit aromas of ripe apricot, pineapple, and lychee. The rich, voluptuous mouth feel yields fresh fruit flavors that are full bodied and sweet yet wonderfully fresh and lively due to the balanced acidity. The finish is aromatic and lingering. The fine balance of this wine gives it excellent aging potential.

Selected Cabernet Franc grapes are aged in small oak barrels for two years to create this deep and hearty vintage Port. Flavors of toffee, chocolate, and ripe cherry make this a perfect after-dinner accompaniment to fruit, dessert, and coffee.
