An alluring inky-purple achievement, the 2022 Abstract is replete with a vivid nose of red and black stone fruits, candied cherry, cassis, dried floral notes, and sweet oak accents.

This châteauneuf du pape has a dark ruby red color and aromas of black fruits, oviles and spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied with flavors of blackberries, liquorice and cinnamon. A perfect accompaniment to red meat, roast turkey and cheese.

Alluring, with dark cherry, raspberry and blackberry puree flavors that are streamlined in feel, flecked with anise, mesquite and fruitcake hints as they drive through the focused finish.

The entry is soft and inviting which paves the way for a lush mid-palate replete with layers of ripe boysenberry and cassis.
