"Monte dei Frati" is a juicy, sapid and mineral white wine based on Vermentino, vinified in steel with maceration on the skins for 48 hours. It has a mineral and Mediterranean bouquet, with notes of fruit, citrus and territorial herbs. On the palate it is tense and fresh, consistent with the sense of smell and persistent.

This wine is all elegance, freshness and minerality. Intensely scented with fine floral and citric notes alongside aromatic herbs, almonds and the local Ligurian scrub.

The 2022 Felcebianco Vino Bianco from La Felce stands as a tribute to Italy's rich winemaking tapestry. Drawing inspiration from the verdant landscapes and the historic vineyards of Italy, La Felce presents a white wine that speaks volumes of its heritage.

The native Mataossu (pronounced mah-tah-OHSS-soo) dominated the vineyards of Varigotti in the 19th century, but its delicate vegetative balance provoked most winegrowers to rip out the vines in favor of less finicky grapes.
