Herodion Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes harvested from vineyards planted on the eastern slopes of the central hills in the Shomron, 2,296-2,953 feet above sea level. The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit, mint, and roasted nuts. It boasts a rich and long-lasting flavor. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
