The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc is pungent with grapefruit, latana and blackcurrant. The entry is sweet-fruited and juice with tropical fruits and blackcurrant. The balance is fresh and lingering. Learn More

Fruit was harvested during the cooler night and early morning temperatures. Grapes were de-stemmed and transferred straight to tank presses within hours of picking. Free run and lightly pressed juice was cold settled for 48-72 hours then racked and inoculated with yeast. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve freshness. At the blending bench, only components presenting a true expression of their vineyard site were considered. Learn More

A "feminine" style, with supple tannins and savoury complexity. Strong varietal characters of dark cherry and summer fruit compote with some smoky oak and a long, juicy finish. Harmless crystals may form in the bottle. Learn More

Pale yellow color with green hues. The aroma is fresh and vibrant with a base of rich tropical fruit but dominated especially when young, by fresh lime and lemongrass aromas as well as a fresh herb note. The palate shows a lovely fruit weight on the mid palate with flavors reminiscent of gooseberry and citrus and this is surrounded by a juicy, pure acidity giving the wine it's zesty exuberance with a fresh, dry finish. Delicate aromas of ripe stone fruits, honeysuckle, and spiced orange. The palate is decadently sweet with concentrated flavors of mandarin, ripe nectarine, and honey with hints of cloves. A soft line of acidity from its sauvignon blanc heritage cuts through the sweetness to balance the rich flavors to perfection. Luscious! Learn More
