This rich, old tawny port owes its intense and complex nose to many years of aging in oak casks. With an intense amber-tawny color, the wine has rich, seductive aromas of mature fruit, sweet, elegant apricot flavors, and delicate wood notes. Full bodied and highly concentrated, this port makes a delicious dessert wine and is the perfect finish to any meal.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), Tinto Cao, and Tinta Amarela. Bottled by Quinta and Vineyard Bottlers Vinhos, which is owned by The Taylor Fladgate Partnership. Taylor Fladgate is often described as the Rolls-Royce of the port-wine industry. Its ports represent more than three hundred years of tradition that began with the foundation of Taylor, Fladgate, & Yeatman in 1692. However, its true origins lie in the 1670s with Job Bearsley, an English merchant in Minho.
