Fonseca Porto Bin No. 27 (if the shipping method is UPS or FedEx, it will be sent without box)
Deep, youthful ruby color. Intense, rich, fruity nose crammed with pure blackberry, cassis, cherry, and plum aromas interwoven with notes of spice. The full-bodied and round palate has a smooth velvety texture balanced by firm, mouth-filling tannins. The juicy black-fruit flavors linger into the rich, luscious finish.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), Tinto Cao, and Tinta Amarela. Bottled by Quinta and Vineyard Bottlers Vinhos, which is owned by The Taylor Fladgate Partnership. The prehistory of the firm of Fonseca lies in the late 1700s, in a company known as Fonseca & Monteiro, located in Oporto. The Fonseca family, of Brazilian origin, conducted trade in various products primarily with Brazil, but by the 1820s, Fonseca & Monteiro dealt solely in Port wines.
