This top quality wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. 250 Years ago an enormous cave was quarried inside a natural grove in the heart of the Carmel Mountains.
The wine is colored deep red, with aromas of blackcurrant and plum. It has a full fruit flavor and a long finish. It was aged in small French barrels for 10 months.

Marom Shamai 2018 is a dry red wine, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. This dry white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Judea and Samaria regions of Israel. The grapes were harvested early, and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, and underwent batonnage (stirring of the lees in a barrel) once a week.
