Deep, dark ruby in color, this wine's rich bouquet is full of ripe forest fruit with a hint of chocolate. The fruit flavors continue in your mouth with an accent of ripe fruit, quality tobacco, and excellent vanilla. This complex wine will enhance every meal but is best served with cold meats or veal dishes.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Grenache, 3% Sauvignon Blanc. The traditional Tunisian jewelry depicted on the main label reflects the origins of Alexander Shalom. The grapes were grown in top-quality vineyards in Kfar Shamai in the Upper Galilee. The grapes were all handpicked in the early moning hours. The wine was fermented slowly and then aged in oak barrels for 14 months.
