Full-bodied with good extraction on the palate ripe but not overripe black currants and blackberries as well as graphite, earthy minerals, good acid, peppermint-flavored dark chocolate and pipe tobacco with, like the Syrah, mouth-coating chewy tannins rising on the very long finish Alcohol volume: 15%
