Brilliant ruby red with purple hues, Sherazade 2022 is characterized by a pleasantly fruity bouquet with aromas of strawberries and blackberries, combined with flowery scents of violets. The entry on the palate is full and fleshy, with mulberry and sour cherry notes, pleasantly refreshed by acidic verve.
Tvishi is a medium-sweet white wine produced from tsolikauri grapes. It's a pale wine with a greenish tint and subtle scents of honeysuckle and apricots. It is delicately sweet but kept fresh and appealing by zesty acid, while the long aftertaste brings back, once more, the floral and fruity aromas.

Crafted in 6 ton fermentors, the cap management was primarily pump and pour overs combined with a few rack and returns. Spontaneously fermented by indigenous yeast, each fermentor reached temperatures between 87-90 degrees F.
A blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 24 months in French and American oak. The wine exhibits a glass-coating opaque purple color. The nose is expressive with pain grille, underbrush, brier, minerality, blueberry and blackberry fruit.
