Bodegas LAN, established in 1972, derives its name from the initials of the three provinces in the Rioja Designation of Origin: Logroño (La Rioja), Álava, and Navarra. The winery owns some of the most spectacular vineyards in Rioja, spanning 178 acres along the Ebro River, where Tempranillo thrives in the privileged terroir of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. Dedicated exclusively to producing crianza red wines, LAN showcases the ideal characteristics of Rioja's native Tempranillo grape.
