A single varietal (100 percent) Tempranillo. Its grapes are from Cenicero. They are destemmed and pressed with new fermentation control technology and long maceration periods.
Rias Baixas, Spain- Medium to light-bodied white wine that is rich with peach and citrus fruits while the aromas tend to the floral and slightly nutty end of the spectrum. The wine has bright acidity and an easy-drinking quality.
Neutral for the most part, with fresh acidity, light bubbles and basic apple and peach flavors. A little sweet and confected but perfectly good. Solid for simple sipping and mimosas.

Bright yellow straw color, with green hints that reflect its youth. Aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple) and citrus fruits first appear along with white fruits (apple) and herbs, such as boxwood and fennel.
Grapes from Finca El Monte old vines on hillside terrain. Ripe black fruit, blackberries and plums with spicy notes of premium oak on the nose. Full-bodied, warm and silky wine with great structure. Long and persistent aftertaste.
A luminous, light strawberry pink with hints of salmon, a pale rim, and a fine, abundant mousse that rises to an elegant crown. Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and pomegranate lead to a refreshing palate full of cherry fruit and a light acidity.
