Dark cardinal in color with purple tones, covered with a layer. Frank and complex, ripe black and red fruit (blackberry, blackberry and plum) between spicy cloves and black pepper and menthol aromatic herbs such as thyme and lavender.
The Valdelosfrailes Winery is located in the municipality of Cubillas de Santa Marta, in the province of Valladolid, and belongs to the emerging D.O. Cigales of red wines. Its excellent facilities are surrounded by carefully-tended vineyards that mainly produce the area’s main grape variety, Tempranillo or Tinto Fino. The extraordinary 1999 harvest provided the raw material for the first wines launched onto the market.
