Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes; Ya is a fresh cava with bright fruit and medium body. Salud!
Estate grown and bottled by Familia Sumarroca. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. In their quest to make a great cava, Familia Sumarroca blind tasted over a dozen "grower cavas;" then down in the cellar, they spent many hours tasting cuvees to create this blend. They lost count at 23 and reached a consensus with Ya!
