Ya means "yes!" in Spain. In their quest to make a great cava, Familia Sumarroca blind tasted over a dozen "grower cavas;" then down in the cellar, they spent many hours tasting cuvees to create this blend. They lost count at 23 and reached a consensus with Ya!
