This top quality wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. 250 Years ago an enormous cave was quarried inside a natural grove in the heart of the Carmel Mountains.

The wine is colored deep red, with aromas of blackcurrant and plum. It has a full fruit flavor and a long finish. It was aged in small French barrels for 10 months.

Marom Shamai 2018 is a dry red wine, made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a powerful Bordeaux-Red color, an aroma of very ripe, shriveled black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum and raspberry, with a background of long aging in fine oak barrels, a concentrated, oily, complex taste and a smooth, long, impressive finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Binyamina exhibits a bold and rich structure with inviting red fruit aromas. Full-bodied, slightly herbal, fruity, blackberries on the palate. Long, smooth and elegant finish.

The Hoshen stones are gems that were set in the breatplate of the high priest during the time of the Second Temple. Just as these gems were meticulously chosen, so have we chosen the unique and quality wine grapes that go into creating these exciting wines that reflect our aspiration.

This dry white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Judea and Samaria regions of Israel. The grapes were harvested early, and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, and underwent batonnage (stirring of the lees in a barrel) once a week.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah- The nose is brimming with aromas of black currants and figs. The grapes have been carefully selected to impart a tightly-knit structure and a pleasant jammy texture. This wine is one of the noble cuvées of the Nadiv range; 18 months of aging in French oak barrels rounds out a wine that is complex and elegant.
