Vega Real El Empecinado is a red wine produced in the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. It is made from the Tempranillo grape variety, which is known for its intense flavor and aroma. This wine is aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, which gives it a complex and sophisticated character.
100% Tempranillo aged for three or four months in new barrels. Its short ageing adds complexity to the red fruits and liquorice aromas of this fresh Rioja.
