Intense red-violet color. Very mineral nose with a lot of red fruit, mint and a peppermint background, very complex aromas in perfect harmony with the tertiary aromas of its long aging in the barrel.
The entrance in the mouth is soft-silky and very balanced with a nervous tannin that provides structure and a lot of freshness, giving way to its fruity and mineral character. Due to its mineral balance and freshness, Hacienda Monasterio is a great wine to enjoy at any time, in addition to demonstrating great potential for aging in the bottle.
