The Psagot Cabernet Franc is a single varietal, made of Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in the Judean Hills. The fruit and oak are nicely integrated in this balanced wine exhibiting aromas of blackberries and some sour cherries.
A medium-bodied wine, with a cherry flavor and hints of caramel and smoke. The wine has a refreshing acidity, and is very pleasant and enjoyable to drink. The grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested.
This sparkling wine is bright straw in color with fresh, light green reflections. On the nose, ripe meyer lemon, pears, stone fruit, as well as hints of freshly baked sourdough bread. Light to medium- bodied, off dry, with an almost creamy texture.
