The 5.6-acre Domaine Jacques Prieur parcel of 1er Cru Champ-Pimont sits on the slope overlooking the town of Beaune just west of the village. The vineyard faces due east and produces both red and white wines of superior quality.

A densely saturated vibrant black/red color leads to a nose of pure black currants, at once inky yet penetrating. Studded with notes of dried thyme, anise and pipe tobacco, the aroma emerges as pure Cabernet.

Robert-Denogent Pouilly-Fuissé "Climat Vieilles Vignes" is an elegant white Burgundy crafted from old-vine Chardonnay in the heart of the Mâconnais region. This wine offers complex layers of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle oak, balanced by a refined minerality and long finish.

Open ruby colour, red fruit aromas and some vegetal nuances, similar to moss. In the mouth is fresh, elegant and complex. Susana Esteban was born at Tui, northern Spain. She has a degree at Chemestry by Santiago de Compostela University and a master degree at Enology by La Rioja University.

Deep purple in color, Giusto di Notri offers abundant aromas of blackberry, plum, and currants with underpinnings of coriander, violet, and a touch of vanilla. Full bodied with ripe, fine tannins and a silky texture, this is a stunning wine with great aging potential.

The concentrated ruby color foretells the rest. The nose is black cherry, boysenberry, forest floor, clove and Asian spice, and evolves and broadens in the glass. In the mouth, its fruit tones of blackberry cobbler, strawberry and cranberry smoothie are wrapped in savory spice.
