Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet.

Refined with a young composition, Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre enjoys a fruity character with a palate pleasing finesse that is very rare to find for for a Bordeaux of its age. Comprised of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Merlot.

Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chateau Le Crock has been owned by the Cuvelier family since 1903. Meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar allows the character of the Saint Estephe terroir to be revealed.

The Clos Electrique Rouge from 2021 is an astounding wine with notes of leather, porcini mushrooms, forest floor and a dose of plums bringing in the finish. Its perfect silky mouth and a nice round finish cry for a café 90’s Duck l’orange, chanterelles sautéed with butter and sherry, a Ribeye cooked to perfection or perhaps even cardboard.

Domaine Vacheron Les Romains Sancerre 2022 is an elegant and refined Sauvignon Blanc from France’s renowned Loire Valley. With vibrant acidity and complex minerality, it offers notes of citrus, green apple, and subtle floral undertones.

Deep red with purple hue. This Cabernet is abundant with aromas of black cherry, mocha, with subtle hints of mint and floral. This Cabernet is graceful and elegant with black cherry flavors on the entry.

Clément-Pichon offers blackcurrant and raspberry aromas on the nose, quite pure and airy, well defined if not overly complex. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit laced with graphite and tobacco, well knit with an elegant finish.

Domaine Lucien Boillot Volnay 2010 is an elegant Burgundy wine that showcases the finesse and charm of the Volnay appellation. This Pinot Noir offers delicate aromas of red berries, violets, and a touch of earthiness, leading to a silky palate with well-integrated tannins and a refined finish.

Shiny, green-gold color. Complex and subtle aromas of quince, walnuts, honey, ginger, and acacia with a hint of linden tree. A straightforward, non-aggressive palate, with a very elegant, very long, and almond finish.

The 2020 Yarden Merlot Allone Habashan Vineyard presents a fragrant blend of aromas featuring ripe red and black fruits, flowers, spice, tobacco, orange zest and chocolate. This attractive single-vineyard wine is full-bodied, flavorful and complex.
