Mélanie Pfister Mel Quatre Cépages Nobles 2024

Mel is Mélanie Pfister's signature blend and a tribute to Alsace itself. Mel stands for Mélanie, the 8th generation to make wine at this family domaine founded in 1780. Each year she blends the four noble varieties of Alsace — Riesling dominant, followed by Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Muscat — with percentages varying to reflect the best of the vintage.

Sourced primarily from the limestone-rich Silberberg terroir, fermented separately and blended after, it's made in the Pfister house style: aromatic, well-balanced, and dry, with purity, precision and minerality over power. Certified organic since 2021 and farmed with biodynamic preparations.

A true vin de gastronomie — limited to ∼500 cases per year.
