The Psagot Cabernet Franc is a single varietal, made of Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in the Judean Hills. The fruit and oak are nicely integrated in this balanced wine exhibiting aromas of blackberries and some sour cherries.

Providence is the flagship wine of the winery. This wine has a deep color, aromas of black fruit fused with notes of red fruits, hints of dark chocolate and tobacco wrapped together with elegant oak.

Carmel Mediterranean is a flagship ultra-premium wine under the prestigious 'Carmel' label. Inspired by Mediterranean-style blends, it showcases grape varieties handpicked from select vineyards across Israel, tailored to the discerning Israeli palate.

OSCAR is a special and limited wine series that skillfully unites two prominent grape families, Cabernet and Petit Verdot. The grapes were meticulously hand-harvested from carefully selected sections of the winery’s vineyards in the Judean Hills, ensuring the highest quality.

This limited edition of red wine comprises of 57% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot. The grapes were specially selected and hand-picked to ensure the best quality wine.

The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine pays tribute to the Marsalis family, known as “the first family of jazz.”

Song of Solomon is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon wine, made from selected clusters of the very successful vintage of 2019. This wine is faithful to the noble origin of the variety combined with our unique terroir, the result of the warm Mediterranean climate, and the microclimate in the hills of our vineyards.

A boutique Bordeaux-style blend, rich in flavors. The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is full-bodied, rich in fruit aromas, balanced, fleshy, and very enjoyable to drink.

A limited and numbered special edition available only at the winery. The wine is a French-style blend, which consists of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Marselan, and 10% Merlot from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills.

Matar by Pelter Rose is a refreshing and elegant wine with a delicate blush hue and vibrant aroma. This rosé offers a harmonious blend of red fruit flavors with a crisp, clean finish, perfect for warm days or light meals.

Teperberg Inspire Art Dabouki 2023 is a unique and vibrant white wine that celebrates the heritage of the Dabouki grape. With fresh citrus and floral aromas, this wine offers a crisp and refreshing palate, perfect for pairing with light dishes or enjoying on its own.

Teperberg Inspire Art Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a crisp and vibrant white wine with refreshing notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of tropical fruits. This wine offers a zesty and well-balanced palate, making it a perfect match for seafood, salads, and light appetizers.

Naveh Red is an estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon based wine made from hand-picked grapes on select plots in our estate vineyards in the southern Golan Heights. The soil which sits 400 meters above sea level, is volcanic and rich in clay.

Naveh White is an estate-grown 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine. The grapes are handpicked at our Tel Fares vineyard in the central Golan Heights. The Tel Fares soil is a basaltic, rocky terrain at 750 meters above sea level.
