Bin Nun Reserve Non-Mevushal 2021
A boutique Bordeaux-style blend, rich in flavors. The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is full-bodied, rich in fruit aromas, balanced, fleshy, and very enjoyable to drink.
The wine will continue developing and increase its complexity in the next few years. Varietals: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot.
