This sparkling wine is produced from grapes grown in New York State. It has been fermented with special champagne yeast and extended contact to enhance the complexity of the Champage.
Enjoy with food or as an aperitif on those special occasions that call for a quality champagne. Light bodied with floral aromas and a clean finish. Best served with salads, light flavored chicken or veal dishes. Serve well chilled.
