A fresh white wine with light-medium body and wonderful citrus and pear flavors. This wine is a sterile, off-dry wine with no resemblance to any Chablis I have ever tasted. This 5 liter box possesses the statement "made with natural flavors," but I am unsure of what that signifies.
Less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. A distinctive combination of buttery apple and butterscotch characteristics, combined with a toasty French oak bouquet.
Planted nearly 40 years ago, ‘Trout Gulch’ sits 800 feet above sea level, just four miles away from the Pacific Ocean. Cool marine breezes and sandy loam soils keep grapes balanced and bright. This varietal Chardonnay is lively and bright, marked by notes of citrus, salt, stones, and orchard fruit.
Color: Attractive, bright golden yellow tones withgreen tints. Nose: Complex aroma and good character. Clear hints of ripe bananas and Tropical fruits. Palate: Good fresh varietal flavour on the palate, with soft tones and medium persistence and lovely finish.
Dry yet creamy white wine. Aromas of almond, hazelnut, butter. Floral nose, not heavy. Accessible young.
