Henri Costal Chablis 1er Cru Mont De Millieu 2017 is a remarkable wine from a unique collaboration between Domaine Jean Collet and Kermit Lynch. Its expressive and exotic nose reveals notes of wood, algae, iodine, white peach, and seaweed, offering a captivating introduction.
Its color is a bright ruby red. On the nose, it is clean and precise, with hints of morello cherries, wild berries and a moderate spiciness. On the palate it reveals a full-bodied, assertive flavor, which expresses both great intensity and elegance.

Wines are aged on average for 15 months in barrel. No new barrels - barrels are 1 or 2 years old. Wines are not racked, filtered nor fined before bottling.
