Domaine Costal - Henri Costal - is a collaboration between producer Domaine Jean Collet and Kermit Lynch.

Tasting Notes - Notes of wood on the expressive and exotic nose that offers hints of algae, iodine, white peach and seaweed. This wine there has excellent volume, power, muscle and mid-palate density to the medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the intense mineral-driven finish.

The Winemaker - Domaine Costal/Henri Costal is a one of a kind joint effort between the outstanding Chablis maker Domaine Jean Collet and Kermit Lynch. The undertaking started with a straightforward barrel tasting with Kermit and prompted a custom name, custom vinification, and packaging process solely for the American market. The final product of this first tasting was a terroir-driven Chablis from a solitary vineyard site called Truffières, inexactly interpreted as "site where truffles develop."
