The color is brilliant yellow pale. The nose is expressive with the flavors exotics of pink grapefruit, boxwood, litchis. In mouth, it gets much freshness, promptness and length: the citrus fruits notes stay very persistent. To discover as an aperitif, also with oysters and shellfish.
Domaine de Magnaut was started in the 1970's by Pierre Terraube. He was originally producing Armagnacs, until 2000 when his son Jean Marie Terraube took over. Jean Marie decided to take advantage of the various soil types on the property and figure out which varietals were best suited. He set out to produce terroir-driven wines, and lucky for us, it was a success.
