The White Scandal is born from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pecorino grapes. The decision to combine two internationally renowned grape varieties with an indigenous Abruzzo grape caused a scandal within the local winemaking community. That scandal for Dominio Imperfetto is a source of pride.

L'Ancien comes from Jean Paul's oldest vines--hence the name of the wine--in his home village of Charnay in the southern Beaujolais. They range in age from 40 to 60 years old and are planted on slopes sporting the area's signature sandy clay-limestone soils, featuring the particular local "dorée" or "golden" limestone that is laden with iron.
A boutique Bordeaux-style blend, rich in flavors. The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is full-bodied, rich in fruit aromas, balanced, fleshy, and very enjoyable to drink.

This wine perfecty preserves aroma typical to these varieties displayed with fresh grapes, quince and wild flowers flavor deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54°F.
