Descendant of the family estate Maurice Ecard Michel Ecard created his own winery in 2004 with his wife Joanna. As often in Burgundy, the amateur must be vigilant about homonyms: the field Maurice Ecard and Son still exists but is operated by a trading house Beaune. The vineyards of Michael and Joanna (4 ha), wholly located in the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, includes five first growths and two appellations Villages.
