Ruby red of great brilliance with a slight shimmer of pomegranate on the surface. First impression in the nose: rich in fruity notes of Amarena cherries, sour cherries and black currants, followed by elegant herbal nuances and fried pepper as well as coffee, vanilla bean and pink pepper.
Dark cherry, honey and smoked oak on the nose. Notes of caramel, toasted vanilla and cocoa on the palate. Finishes with notes of coffee, maple syrup and oak.

Round and silky in the mouth, with a lingering sugary sweetness and a lively finish. 50% Grenache + 30% Cinsault + 15% Syrah + 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Golden, almost sandy pink in color.
