Natural double fermentation sparkling wine produced for more than a century using the CHARMAT method, where the double fermentation takes place in large pressurised containers.
Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes on the nose with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. Hops and light citrus flavors with sweet herbal notes and delicate spicy tones.

This enjoyably sweet wine is pointedly "Jeunesse" - French for youthful, flavorful and fun. Jeunesse Black Muscat displays a beautiful deep red color with aromatic notes of pineapple and apple.
The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikolai (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness.
