The harvest for the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Schiavenza is carried out manually between the second half of September and the first of October. Dark garnet in the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of vanilla, dark fruit flavors of blackberry and chocolate with hints of tar and tobacco notes. On the palate this wine has a lush, silky texture with hints of cherry and currant fruit, sage, and roasted fig.
