Pierre Vallet XO cognac is an extra old blend of eaux-de-vie, brought for the first time from Maison Pierre Vallet. Pierre Vallet is a family business owned by the same family responsible for Château de Montifaud. Run by Laurent and Elodie Vallet, who represent the sixth generation of the Vallet family, the brand is named after their great-grandfather, Pierre Vallet.

Pierre Vallet XO is matured in French Limousin oak barrels. The scent reveals a delightful symphony woven from notes of vanilla, dried flowers, flax, caramel and nuts. The taste is unique and complex, with notes of dried plums, vanilla, roses. The finish is warming and velvety.
