At the turn of the century, most food was cooked on the open flame. People gathered ‘round the campfire on their adventures to cook, share stories, connect, and celebrate with small batch bourbon. The food, the stories, and the comradery were all amplified with a touch of smoke and flame.

Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.
A nearly opaque color sets in the glass with a hard, red complexion that is almost black. Aromas of ripe blueberries and candied plum mingle with toasted oak and charred vanilla. The entry is soft and inviting which paves the way for a lush mid-palate replete with layers of ripe boysenberry and cassis.
This rich, old tawny port owes its intense and complex nose to many years of aging in oak casks. With an intense amber-tawny color, the wine has opulent, voluptuous, spicy, jammy, and nutty aromas with orange blossom notes and a fine oak influence coming from the long aging in cask.
