From a fresh attack on Kaffir lime flavors with a hint of aniseed, the mid-palate expresses the elegance of the floral notes found on the nose, leading into a finish that lingers on hints of licorice.

Domaine Chevrot is located in Cheilly-les-Maranges, between the Maranges and Santenay appellations. Pablo and Vincent Chevrot, two brothers with degrees in oenology, have been managing the estate for over 10 years.
Domaine Jean-Paul Balland Sancerre is a clear appearance with a pale yellow hue. Intense aromas at first, fine, very mild of ripe fruits (peach) with hints of citrus and fresh herbs.
