Golden in color, with a slight ivory hue. The nose opens on citrus aromas, especially lemon and grapefruit, then with airing develops hawthorn and jasmine notes as well as a touch of fresh apricot. Domaine Claude Riffault is located in Sury-en-Vaux, in the heart of the Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley. The estate is managed by Stéphane Riffault , representative of the 4th generation. He trained in Burgundy and at Château Angélus in Bordeaux.
