Audeant Chardonnay Seven Springs Vineyard 2021 is a lively, racy wine bursting with zesty lemon notes and remarkable freshness. Reminiscent of a fine Hautes-Côtes Blanc, it offers a lovely texture balanced by vibrant acidity.
A complex nose of blackberry, fresh boysenberry, and violet. On the palate, layered, fresh expressions of blackberry, boysenberry, and black cherry are balanced by fresh acidity and supported by a firm tannic structure. The finish reveals a hint of minerality underlying the deep, dark fruit.
The wine is lively, lithe, andhas a fairly solid mineral structure with asupple and glossy mid palate. Lemoncurd, peaches, river stones, lime zest,sweet orange, honeysuckle.
Ruby colour. Aromas of red fruits, prunes, cinnamon and blackcurrant leaf. Well-balanced wine with harmonious acidity and soft texture. Excellent accompaniment to roast chicken and grilled red meat dishes. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

The 2020 vintage began with textbook conditions that continued through much of Harvest. The 2020 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of dark blue fruits and spices. Notes of cassis, sweet licorice and a juicy core of fruit are balanced by nice acidity and a silky, lingering finish.
Deep red and blue fruits dance with saline minerals, licorice, crushed flowers, gamey underbrush, and spice in this vibrant, velvety ’11 Morey-St-Denis. Fine-grained, polished tannins coat the cheeks as this wine crosses the palate with a silky, sophisticated feel.
Made from a selection of 100% Tinto Fino vines (local name for the Tempranillo grape) from some of the oldest vines, age ranging from 25 – 75 years. Maceration during 28 days with the skins.
Zeni Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Marogne 2021 boasts a deep ruby red color and a rich bouquet of black cherry and well-ripened fruit. On the palate, it is rounded, velvety, and full-bodied with a lingering finish.
