The grapes for the Herzog Late Harvest Chenin Blanc were harvested from the Ehrhardt block of the Herzog Vineyard in California. These grapes were harvested very late in the season to provide a uniquely luscious Late Harvest wine characteristic.
The 2023 Terras Gauda O Rosal is an exemplary bottling of a truly stellar Spanish white wine. Full-bodied with soft acidity, this wine is lively on the palate, with predominant flavors of ripe peaches, tangerines and orange peel, coupled with delicate earthy notes and floral undertones.
The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.
Naveh White is an estate-grown 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine. The grapes are handpicked at our Tel Fares vineyard in the central Golan Heights. The Tel Fares soil is a basaltic, rocky terrain at 750 meters above sea level.
The generic Santenay is made from old vines – 50 years of average age – is a good start. It’s quite forward – 70% whole cluster – with a lovely organic fruit spiced with cinnamon and allspice.
The frozen Vidal grapes were harvested in late December 2019 when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After settling the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed in late-February when the wine was placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization.
The White Moscato is characterized by its yellow-green tint. It is slightly bubbly, aromatic, subtly sweet, fun, and bursting with charm. The grapes arrived at the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested.
This Sauvignon Blanc is a winner: it has a beautiful tropical fruit nose, crisp minerality, good acidity, and well rounded palate. A true testament to South African winemaking. The color is a very light straw yellow with a slight green hue.
