In keeping with the extraordinary growing season, the 2021 Jubilation by Colgin Cellars is brimming with intense fruits and pure mineral notes of stone and graphite. Vivid aromas of black cherry, baking spices and savory herbs resonate on the nose. Sleek, yet silky tannins glide across the palate with a graceful feel. The succulence of the palate lingers with subtle flavors of cocoa and licorice.
The Chateau Riganes White is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Light gold in color with green reflections. On the nose, bursting aromas of yellow grapefruit, earthy minerals, lemon peel, hints of freshly cut grass and white spring flowers.
The White Scandal is born from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pecorino grapes. The decision to combine two internationally renowned grape varieties with an indigenous Abruzzo grape caused a scandal within the local winemaking community. Aromas of cassis, black cherry and dark plum mingle with subtle hints of vanilla, anise, tobacco and a touch of clove. The palate is full, rich, and bursting with dark fruit. Lush, well-balanced tannins carry the wine through to an incredibly long and silky finish.
Ideal conditions throughout the growing season brought the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to peak ripeness, resulting in vivid fruit flavors and soft, supple tannins. Fruit set for Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent, which allowed us to produce a wine that is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The 2021 Ried Loibenberg Loibner Riesling Smaragd is deep intense and ripe on the nose but also pure and fresh with notes of crushed stones and tropical yellow stone fruits. Dense and intense on the substantial palate this is a full-bodied concentrated and sustainably structured Loibenberg with great intensity grip and mineral tension. The finish is very long intense and quite powerful and still dominated by its ripe fruit.
Impenetrably dark. An explosive nose of coffee, red and blackfruits, Russian sage, and garden herbs. Lesser notes followof crème cassis, currant, and black olive. On the palate, the wine is dense, sweet, and broodingly dark.
Since its construction in 1830, the heart of Chateau Bellevue beats to the rhythm of the Morgon appellation. Its cellar was entirely thought in order to reveal the singular character of each one of its single vineyards.
