Cantina Giuliano is one of Europe's only fully Kosher wineries and farm to table restaurants. This wine takes roots on the fascinating hills of Tuscany. This powerful, complex and rich Super Tuscan was aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months. It is a modern expression of a histirical Terroir.
The wine is coming from a plot called “La Navilla”, situated in the same estate where the winery is located, and facing a very optimum south west position. The harvest was done by hand, following a vinification process with knowledge to keep all the excepcional qualities of the grapes of this excellent vintage.
Herzog Be-leaf is a certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon made with no added sulfites. Organically farmed in the warm rolling hills of Paso Robles, the grapes were harvested late in the season. This late ripening provides the optimal harvest brix, tannin and acid needed for high quality wine making without the use of sulfites.
Gavi is crafted from the Cortese grape cultivated in the sun-drenched Terre del Gavi hills of Piedmont. The Gush Etzion Lone Oak Gewürztraminer is a semi-dry white wine full of complexity and flavor that will delight your senses. Our first Chenin Blanc was meticulously harvested early in the season to retain its acidity and aromas. This wine underwent partial aging in the finest oak barrels. Exhibiting a bright straw hue, this well-structured wine boasts aromas reminiscent of fresh spring flowers, guava, ripe citrus fruit, and Anjou pear.
The grapes for the Secret Reserve Petit Verdot are night-harvested from the finest vineyards in the Holy Land, and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, which contribute to its complexity and balance. Dark purple in color, with powerful fruit, aromas of spice, as well as intense multilayered flavors, this is a wine for those seeking excellence. Aging will further enhance this outstanding wine. This wine is unfiltered.
Saint Amour is bounding with juicy raspberry fruit. It's full of energy with great minerality and silky tannins. Saint Amour has the most diverse geology of all of the Cru Beaujolais. Pirolette is distinct because the vineyards are near the top of the hill, where you have very little top soil and very good drainage. The vines average 65 years-old.
