In an effort to produce Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon Jeunesse, a wine that exhibits this exceptional character, we cold fermented ripe grapes in exclusively stainless steel tanks. Hence you will enjoy a wine that is pointedly "Jeunesse" - French for youthful, vibrant, flavorful and fun.
Kvanchkara is a medium-sweet red wine made from a blend of mujuretuli and aleksandreuli grapes. It's aromas of smoky, wild strawberries are followed on the palate by a mellow blend of dried fruit, pomegranate, and a touch of caramel and almonds, though there's plenty of lively acidity to keep it fresh and balanced.
The grapes used in making this delicious wine were fermented and barrel aged in French oak for a period of 15 months. The wine was then blended, bottled, and aged for a further year prior to labeling.
The frozen Vidal grapes were harvested in late December 2019 when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC. After settling the juice in stainless steel tanks, cool fermentation was completed in late-February when the wine was placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization.

Long and lively in the mouth, and boasting noteworthy clarity and cut thanks to juicy acidity that channels the flavor molecules directly onto the taste buds.
From Paso Robles the heart of California’s Central Coast, Paso Robles which see a longer growing season than Napa characterized by hot, sunny days and cool, clear nights. We sourced the fruit from two vineyards at either end of the AVA with strikingly different growing conditions.
The grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the day and the wine is left to ferment in conical wooden vats at a controlled temperature. At the end of the process, it is refined for 15 months, first in new 600-litre demi-muids and then in barriques.
“The Brooklynites 3.0,” our third orange wine, is made from Gewurztraminer grapes grown in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. The orange hue of this wine comes from the skin contact and maceration during fermentation; the same process that gives red wine its color, tannins and also contributes to its flavor.
