It is made from grapes of the variety of Khikhvi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. Following the tradition of the Tokaj wine region, the partially botrytized grapes and picked in early November. Following an extended maceration period and fermentation in stainless steel, this Szamorodni ages in barrels deep in the cellar before being bottled. While it may be enjoyed as an aperitif, it also has the ability to age well.

Mildiani white dry wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes in Imereti and is traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
