Château Belá Riesling 2019
Chateau Bela is an ancient property of the Baron Ullmann situated in Slovakia on the banks of the Danube River. The first vines were planted by the Romans and today Riesling grapes are grown on the hills below the castle and vinified by Miroslav Petrech and Egon Muller.
Produced and bottled by Egon Mueller. Chateau Bela has a long-standing winemaking history. Today, their fine wines are produced in cooperation with Mr. Egon Mueller and Mr. Miroslav Petrech, both celebrated winemakers from Germany and the Slovak Republic. Since 2001 the vineyard has specialized in producing some of the country's finest Rieslings and Cabernet Sauvignons. Apart from the traditional white Riesling, Chateau Bela Vineyard has started production of straw and ice wine in 2009.
