Mosaic is Shiloh's flagship. The wine has an opaque and dark-purple color. It has intense fruit aromas, along with black raspberry, roasted coffee beans, and a cacao bouquet.
In 1848, with the rejuvenation of the Jewish settlement in Jerusalem, Yitzhak Galina-Shor opened the first winery in Israel, in a basement adjunct to the Western Wall in Jerusalem.
Light yellow straw color, with a little bit of green. An aromatic Chardonnay, with aromas of apple, lemon and pineapple, alongside hints of gunpowder and warm exotic spices. A round texture, almost full bodied, and a great acidity holding it all together towards a long, long finish.
Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.
Slightly sweet and aromatic, full of tropical fruit aromas, with Muscat flavors folded into delicate, pleasant floral notes. The Muscat of Alexandria grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested.
Naveh White is an estate-grown 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine. The grapes are handpicked at our Tel Fares vineyard in the central Golan Heights. The Tel Fares soil is a basaltic, rocky terrain at 750 meters above sea level.
The Argaman variety, which was developed at the Volcani Institute in Israel, produces wines with deep purple color, and pronounced fresh fruit aroma. The Argaman is a strong growing, vigorous variety. It has been used mainly to improve the color of inexpensive table wines.
