Yllera Bracamonte Crianza 2009
Cherry red with some ruby tones. Clean on the nose with fruity aromas that integrate seamlessly with notes of oak aging (vanilla, toasted notes, spice, licorice, truffles). Great structure in the mouth, fleshy, expressive, soft, and full with well-integrated, sweet tannins. A finish with a long aromatic persistence. Optimal consumption starts now and for another eight to 10 years. Serve at 63–66 degrees F.
100% Tempranillo. Manual harvest at the beginning of October. Hand selection of the grapes and de-stemming. Alcoholic fermentation at 84 F in stainless-steel vats. Fining and daily racking. Maceration for 19 days. Aging for 12 months in American and French oak and at least 12 months in the bottle before releasing to the market. The bottle was conserved on its side or upside down at ideal cellar tempearatures and humidity, far from light and noises.
